Schedule of Events
Painting will take place at the Hamilton Gardens and throughout the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds.
The festival will run concurrently with the Rhododendron Festival and the Hiawassee Highlands Wine Festival.

| Thur, May 8 | 7:30-10 AM | Check-in at Hamilton Gardens Pavilion. Everyone will have their canvases stamped at this time and receive their badges. |
| 8:00 PM | All artists must be out of the Hamilton Gardens and the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. | |
| Fri, May 9 | 7:30-10 AM | Check-in at Hamilton Gardens Pavilion if you did not do so on Thursday. Additional canvases can be stamped. |
| 8:00 PM | All artists must be out of the Hamilton Gardens and the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. | |
| Sat, May 10 | 8:00-9:00 AM | All paintings must be turned in framed and ready to hang. |
| 10:00 AM | Judging. | |
| 11:00 AM | Awards ceremony. | |
| 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Wet Paint Sale of all art painted during this event on the grounds of the Hamilton Gardens and the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. |
