Darlene Pilcher, a painter and potter from Indiana and South Georgia, now lives in Young Harris. Her award-winning watercolor works and diverse pottery styles reflect her artistic journey, which began in 1988 under a professional artist's mentorship. Although primarily self-taught, she has enhanced her skills through workshops, online courses, and peer learning.
