Participating Artist

Born and raised in Southwest Georgia,  Sierra Fenton spent the larger part of her childhood outdoors and in a sketchbook.  These wonts have remained a consistent source of inspiration and growth throughout her life. She considers herself a lifetime student, studying and foraging for knowledge from classical and contemporary masters.  Oil painting, especially en plein air, has become her primary focus in exploring the miracle of light and preserving the fleeting moments in nature that compel her to set up her easel.  Sierra is an associate member of Oil Painters of America and Gilmer Plein Air Group.  Her studio is currently based in Cleveland, Georgia.
