Participating Artist

Virginia Uhl Tinsley has been painting since childhood, majoring in art at Agnes Scott College. While she has explored various media, watercolor is her favorite. Her works have been exhibited in several locations, including the Gwinnett County Courthouse and Georgia Watercolor Society exhibitions. After moving to Young Harris, she enjoys plein air painting in the mountains and has won awards, including 3rd place at the 2023 Top of Georgia event. She also teaches watercolor classes at ICL through Young Harris College.
