Participating Artist

Following a fulfilling teaching career that encompassed kindergarten through high school, Brenda, embarked on a path of painting after retirement by delving into fine art studies.  Her artistic exploration started with oils, transitioned to pastels, and then circled back to oils.

She actively volunteers at local art galleries, oversee adult art education programs, and engages with the Pendleton Art Gallery, the Golden Corner Pastel Society, and the TriCounty Plein Air Painters. Her work has been recognized in several exhibitions throughout upstate South Carolina.
